Based on the rest of the tweet, I think he was trying to write “coverage,” as in: “Despite the constant negative press coverage ...”

But as to what accurate reporting he was deciding to whine about this time I have no clue about that. He hates pretty much all the coverage of practically any subject, and there’s a lot to choose from.

I’m guessing he was probably going to tweet some more about local coverage of his first trip abroad as president, since he devoted so many of his tweets to that subject upon his return.
